  • Shottery High Court ruling: West Stratford project statement Thursday, July 18, 2013

“It’s now time to move on and work together”, said David Joseph of Bloor Homes following today’s High Court ruling not to uphold Stratford on Avon’s appeal against the Secretary of State’s decision to grant planning permission for 800 new homes at Shottery, west Stratford.

“We are pleased with the ruling,” he continued. “As we move forward, the important thing will be for us and the Council to work together to deliver the much-needed new homes—and in particular 280 affordable homes—to help boost the economic growth in the district.”
